Achieve premium building envelope security with the next generation Dörken DELTA®-MAXX PLUS underlay membrane. Built upon a high-strength PET moisture-storage fleece combined with a breathable, diffusion-open polyurethane (PU) functional coating, this heavy-duty barrier safeguards structural elements against extreme moisture loads, high wind forces, and severe weather exposure. Its specialized non-slip surface offers excellent step-resistance for rapid, highly secure handling during installation.

Uncompromising Energy Efficiency & Material Protection:
Equipped with patented, integrated self-adhesive overlap edges on the underside, DELTA®-MAXX PLUS creates an airtight structural envelope that reduces air exchange rates and lowers heating energy consumption by up to 9%. By completely absorbing condensation moisture (up to 1 litre per square metre in extreme conditions) and safely diffusing it outwards, it effortlessly complies with DIN 68800-2 parameters without relying on synthetic wood preservatives, backed by a definitive 30-year functional warranty.
