Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to orders placed on colourfacades.ie. The seller’s full details are shown on your order confirmation and proforma invoice.

2. Prices and VAT

Prices are in euro. Prices are shown excluding VAT and including Irish VAT at 23%. Facade insulation prices are project prices and are quoted on request.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order you receive an order number and a proforma invoice. Please pay by bank transfer within the time shown on your proforma, using the order number as the reference. We confirm your order when your payment arrives. A VAT invoice is issued after payment.

4. Ownership of goods

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery is described on our delivery page. Delivery dates are agreed after payment and are estimates.

6. Problems with your order

Please contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong with your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Product information

The colour and grain of natural timber vary. Photographs are a guide. Ask us about samples.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
